As we all collectively express a sense of relief with an unprecedented, challenging year winding down, Beaker wishes everyone a healthy, heartfelt and hopeful new year in 2021.  

Based on our most recent discussions with HR, TA and business thought and opinion leaders across Life Sciences, we don't anticipate major changes to the WFH landscape for the first half of 2021.  

With that in mind, we thought a review of our five-part WFH blog series would provide further insights into what we might see in 2021.  Below is a compilation of those posts, with links in chronological order: 

Finally, we are hearing and seeing that many companies of all sizes across Life Sciences are deploying or budgeting 2021 fund for custom Talent & Marketing Intelligence services and Talent Pipelines.  With a stated goal of providing real-time snapshots for target talent with confirmed current locations and status, as competition for top, and often mobile, talent is projected to intensify in 2021.
